Information about me:	I am 12 years old. I will be 13 in december. Iam very responsible and very caring. I have been sitting my 8 year old brother and 3,9, and 11 year old cousins. I love little kids. Iam in the seventh grade and just hope someone hires me.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is caring for the children.
Most rewarding:	M aking sure the kids are safe.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Well most of the time when child cry I put in a movie and eventually they stop. Spitting food out isnt a plobem. Usually we make deal, for an example, if they dont their vegetables I let them do what ever they wnat to do after as longs as it's safe once we're finshed.
