Information about me: i am a 21 year old married mother. i am fun and creative and happy person.
Most important aspect of the job: the most important aspect of watching children for me is making ure everybodys comfortable and enjoying themselves.
Most rewarding: the most rewarding thing is knowing i am helping another person out when they are in need and knowing that i have found something im good at.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? i would classify my reaction as patient and consistant. i would talk with the parents first and ask what course fo action to take and go with that.

Additional Info: i am a stay at home mom so i am availabe at my home or yours. i am expereinced with many ages for children and can handle more then one child at once without being uncomfortable or overwhelmed.
