Most important aspect of the job: I LOVE KIDS EVER SINCE MY MOM BOUGHT ME BABIES I WILL LOVE AND COMFORT THEM I WILL FEED AND MOST INPORTANTLY KEEP THEM SAFE!
Most rewarding: HAVING FUN WITH CHILDREN IS GREAT CAUSE THEY ARE THERE OWN PERSON AND THEY TELL YOU WHAT THEY LIKE AND YOU REALLY CAN GET A POINT OF VIEW OF THEM CHILD ARE A VERY SOFT AND UNIQUE IN EVERY WAY!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? WELL FOOD GIVE THEM SOMETHINGS THEY INJOY TRY VERY SLOWLY TO GIVE THEM THINGS LIKE VEGGIES VERY SLOWLY SO THEY WILL ENDUP WANTING MORE! CRYING IS VERY EASY FOR ME! I DONT GETT MAD LET THEM SIT THERE MABY PUT A MIRROR IN FRONT OF THE SO THEY SEE HOW WIERD THE LOOK THEY WILL STOP! NAPS GET THEM RUNNING AND PLAYING ALL THE TIME THE SHOULD GET VERY SLEEPY BEFOR EVEN NAP TIME STARTS!
