Information about me:	I am very outgoing and fun to be around. I am open and willing to do anything for children. I have worked with children for many years this includes; working with middle school students and teaching a substance abuse program, along with working at a daycare for three years and being a nanny for three summers and several babysitting jobs. I have experienced working with all ages and can handle any job with confidence and respect for the children and parents. I am never one to not be involved with
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is to keep the children and parents happy. I want the children to be happy I am there and look forward to the next time I will be seeing them. It is VERY IMPORTANT to watch the children at all times and look out for them making sure they are SAFE! The children ALWAYS come first no matter what. I keep a positive attitude no matter how my day is going to keep the children and parents happy.
Most rewarding:	EVERYTHING! I love making children laugh and have always wanted to be a teacher. I look at my job as experience to working with children in my career. Children make me laugh everyday and seem to always make me smile by doing something funny or saying something goofy.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Take it one step at a time! You work with the child to make things better and set down ground rules right away. Never let your anger out on a child because they are most important, you deal with it to the best of your ability.

Additional Info:	I have a lot of experience working with children of all ages. I have worked with teens and know their behavior because I was in charge of a drug resistance program to teach teens more about substance abuse. Helping and working with children is what I love to do and I am a reliable person, never once have I had someone disagree with the way I was handling a situation with their child. I am confident in myself and very mature about what I do.
