Most rewarding:	Helping children develop, whether it be socially, emotionally, intellectually, or physically.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Incessant crying- If they aren't hurt or in need of something, I try to keep them busy (ask them to play a game with me, show me their favorite toy). Spitting out food- Depends on age. I ask parents beforehand about picky eaters and leaving a list
