How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	First and foremost, I consult during the interview process with the parents regarding their expectations, norms, and desires. Following my observation of behavioral concerns, I consult with the parents bringing my experience and expertise to reach an agreed upon plan for change.

Although we don't have any children yet, we do have a dog that might as well be our child.
