Information about me:	I am a 14 yr old with lots of energy ready to play and care for your child. I am active in sports which include YMCA Swim Team, cheerleading and gymnastics.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure that your child has a safe and playful envirnoment while their parent is away.
Most rewarding:	Seeing the t smiles on the kids face when I walk through the door to care for them.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Try to figure out what the child needs, bottle, pacifier, clean diaper. Rock or hold them. Always keep the child in their daily routine.

Additional Info:	I believe that child should have a great time with their babysitter and not cry when their parents leave. I like to play with the children to allow everyone to have a great time. I am very dependable, responsible and always on time.
