Information about me:	I think I'm pretty laid back and I'm a pretty good listener when it comes to a lot of things. I like sports, I can't play because of knee problems but that doesn't stop me from enjoying them. I've worked at a daycare for over two years and I do have my CPR license I just need to get it renewed. I also plan on getting my license soon.

How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If they are crying I try to comfort them. I want them to feel safe around me. If I try everything to make them stop crying and nothing works I usually let them be for a few minutes and hope that helps. It usually depends on the baby also, every kid is different.
