Information about me:	Im 19 years old. I dont smoke or drink. I have been babysitting (with some type of income coming in) since I was 14 years old. Im patient, responsible, trustworthy, respectful, and reliable. I have a very open schedule.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job as babysitting is to make sure the kids are fed,cleaned, and acknowledged.
Most rewarding:	I believe the most rewarding thing about being a babysitter is knowing that I am helping parents take care of their kids. I am helping that child and family by making sure that child is well taken care of.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Im very patient, and understanding which means that if the child is incessantly crying, I will continue to find out what the child needs or wants and what is wrong. With the spitting food out, I will let the child understand and know that the food isnt bad, and if they continue after some times to spit out the food, ill possibly change their meal and give them something healthy and good like the first one, but just something they are willing to eat. With refusing to nap, Ill turn off the televis
