Information about me:	Hello, My name is Charmaine Alexander. I currently graduated from Flint Southwestern Academy. And I would like to know if the position is still available? If so I believe this job is for me because I have experience with watching my twin sisters since they were 8 weeks old. Watching my sisters has taught me a lot of responsibility, patience and organization skills. I know that this task of watching your child will not be a challenge. Most rewarding:	I find seeing the child happy being the most rewarding part because happiness is a good thing. Because everyone deserves to be happy.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	When I deal with common frustrations I would sing s song to the child, read them a book or find a fun activities to calm them. I will try a activity that best fit their personality.
