Information about me:	I started out takin care of just family members children..and now i am willing to take care of any child good or bad...of cousre..i love kids i have one of my own...and cant have anymore more right at this time...i can handle just about anything i am a very well caregiver...i will do many things with children play games.have fun and most of all get close to them and try to understand what they want as well. all the children in my family come to me with there..i guess youcan say i am the favorite..i just try to understand were they are coming from then try to give them good advise...
Most important aspect of the job:	the most important accpect of my job will be do to it right and for the parents to like my job and see how well i am with there children
Most rewarding:	being around kids is enough... they fil me up with so much joy and happiness...you know we all would want to be a child again no fears and no real problems
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	it seems to come natural for me...my grand parents were once in the amish...if the baby is crying that means he/she may need a diaper change or needs to be feed or just wants to be held and get attention which i do best...spitting food out that okay we just need to find out why they did it maybe they dont like the food..maybe there fool..or maybe they just want atention.....

Additional Info:	I LOVE KIDS DONT GET ME WRONG...but i am as well nice as i am strict there are somethings that i just dont think is rigt..so if that is the case i talk to you of course the parents and see how they want me to hanlde it or they just let me do my job...i dont like calling other people when its my job.. i do promise that i will take care of the kids and do right with them...trust me...i am a very out going person and i have a wonderful attitude...and i also dont let family things involvle with my
