Information about me:	I have been married for going on six years and I am a mother of three. I have a 5 year old, 2 1/2 year old and a 3 month old. I am currently a manager of a Starbucks but have decided to look for nanny jobs because i would like to keep my two youngest with me. I would like to work around 30 hours a week but I am flexible. I drive a 2006 Nissan pathfinder that holds 7 passengers. My Children are very well behaved and enjoy playing with others.
Most important aspect of the job:	The safety and well being of the children I am watching.
Most rewarding:	Being able to be with my boys and take care of other children.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I comfort my children by talking softly, holding them, reading them books or singing to them. when my daughter says she isn't tired enough to nap, I ask her to stay in her room for "quiet time" and I give her books to read. When my children spit out food it is typically because they are full and do not need anymore food.

Additional Info:	I enjoy children very much. I have been babysitting since a was 13 and have been a mommy for over 5 years now. I would like to babysit up to 3 children but 2 is preferred .
