Information about me:	I am a 15 year old female who loves to interact with children. I do not only watch the child, I also get involved with the things they like to do. I am great with children, I have been babysitting for my friends mother for almost a year now and she is always calling me back. Everyone I have babysat for, has always been pleased with my work. I can cook, clean, and help a child with school work. Have animals? I'd love to take care of them as well! Most important aspect of the job:	Keeping an eye out for the children, making sure they are fed, safe, clean, and out of trouble.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding part of my job, is the interaction I get with children, and the experience gained in order to do better in the future.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I am stern in a respectful/kind matter. I make sure to never hurt a child, but I believe that if a kid does wrong, they deserve to know that they've done wrong. I also calm the child by talking softly and being calm.
