Information about me:	Hi my name is Keisha and I have babysat a 1 year old girl before I am home most of the time so i can babysit anytime after school when school starts i'm really good at reading its my best subject I can read a book in a day I always get advanced on my reading msa so I will definitely be able to help your child with reading homework I am very responsible and i will treat your child like family.
Most important aspect of the job:	I love taking care of kids there so cute and innocent
Most rewarding:	Just seeing the there smiling and hearing them laugh because little kids are just so adorable and i've always wanted a younger sibling but i only have one older sister.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If there crying ill try to see if there hungry or have to go to the bathroom or take a nap and if none of thoose things are wrong with them ill just keep trying to figure out how to get them to stop and if they dont it wont be a problem for me the last child i babysitted she was spoiled and cried none stop spitting out food ill just keep trying to feed them and clean up there mess or stop and try a little later and if there refusing to take a nape i would keep trying to persuade to take there na

Additional Info:	I am very mature for my age i would do everything you asked and i would try my best I dont know yet if i will be able to have my own transportation but i could watch your child at my house or yours which every is easier for you im not sure if i'll have transportation back and fourth because my mom and sister both work alot i would like to have saturdays and sundays of but i could take different days of if you need me to work thoose days.
