Information about me:	My name is Crystal. I'am 23 yrs old. Very trustworthy and honest! I use to babysit two kids in mobile alabama for 11 months. I have a son of my own soon to be 2 yrs old! Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure the children have what they need,are taking care of,Gets fed and just being with and having fun with children.
Most rewarding:	Spending time with the kids,getting to know them and making sure they're taking care of.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	my son fights sleep all the time,spits out his food and sometimes crys and nobody knows why hes crying. I just do my best to figure out why hes crying,try changing them,feeding them,see if they mght he a tummy ache. Get onto them for spitting the food out(if their old enough to get on to) but most times if their spitting food out that means their not hungry so take it away from them and try to feed them again later. Refusing to take a nap, if I my son absolutly refuses to take a nap i normal
