Information about me:	I am 16 years old. I love children, especially babies, and they love me. I am not afraid of getting messy or hard work. I like to be creative. I may bring things with me for the kids, like a movie, treats, or a game, unless I am instructed not to.
Most important aspect of the job:	keeping children safe, happy, and comfortable, while letting the parents relax, and do what they want to do, or need to get done.
Most rewarding:	The smiles on the children, making parents satisfied, knowing I did the job well.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I have patience. If I need to calm down, I count to ten. I keep my voice low and stern. I may have to give the child some time to calm down as well.

Additional Info:	I said I speak spanish. This is true, but not much, just enough to get by. I also speak some ASL (American Sign Language) I have lots of experience with a large variety of animals as well, if they are included it is fine.
