Information about me:	my name is kirsten mcwilliams. I am 15 years of age and have 5 years of experience with children. I am responsible, caring, reliable, and dependable. I like to play with children and help them with whatever is needed.
Most important aspect of the job:	making sure the children/child is well cared for while in my care.
Most rewarding:	spending time with children/child and helping them with everyday needs
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	if the child is crying or throwing temper tantrums i calmly talk to them and do what is needed to help them calm down.. usually rocking the baby or singing helps them calm down.
