Information about me:	I am a young women in my thirties that loves to be around child and take care of them! I have babysat for over 15 years and have been CPR and First Aid certified many times. I have also turtored children of all ages.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of the job is to keep the children safe! I want them to have fun and enjoy themselves but they will always remain safe in my care.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding aspect of babysitting is having fun and teaching the children! Them smiling at you is such a reward.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	When caring for somebody elses children it is important to know what the parents do in these situations. Then I can do the same thing therefore, keeping it consistent . The other thing I always do is stay calm. Then I find out why they are doing these actions and take step to quell the situation.
