Most important aspect of the job:	the most important aspect of babysitting is to treat your children as if they are my own. they need love, attention, and discipline in order to grow and live healthy lives.
Most rewarding:	The best thing about my job is getting to watch them grow and learn new things everyday.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I try and understand every point of view of the situation before deciding what is best for the child. sometimes it even takes a calm breath or two before making that decision.
