How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I am very patient, for crying i would rock them and tell them it will be ok, for food spitting up I'd clean it up and tell them that there greatest hero would eat it, and as for a nap many kids hate taking naps but if you where them out they will eventually fall asleep.
