Information about me:	Hello, my name is Brianna and I am 15 years old. I am looking for a part-time babysitting job this summer. I have experience caring for children by previous babysitting, child development class, church programs, etc. I love babies and kids! I will be sure to get the job done while pleasing the kids too :)
Most important aspect of the job:	It's important to please the parents and the children!
Most rewarding:	Getting to know the family!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	It is important to stay calm, and talk to the child. I often ask why they are behaving (if they can speak.) If it's a baby I tend to their needs (feeding, bathing, changing, etc) But if an older child is misbehaving I start off with a warning and telling them what they did is wrong. If it continues, I punish with time outs only.
