Information about me:	I am going into my junior year of high school. I am a member of the National Honor Society and am involved in hockey, softball, and theatre at my school. I have younger triplet sisters who I have been helping to take care of since I was three. I babysit for my neighbors and various family friends. I also work 90 hours each summer with kids at my church. I have experience with children six month to 12 years.
Most important aspect of the job:	Keeping the children safe and engaged.
Most rewarding:	Helping children learn and grow.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	First, i would talk to the parents about their methods. Each situation is different, but in the past I have dealt with these issues by ensuring the child's comfortability and being as calm and caring as possible.

Additional Info:	Though i am not yet 18, I feel confident in my ability to take care of children on my own, my mom is home during the day for any needed assistance, and I will gladly provide references!
