Information about me:	I am a 32 yr old mother of 3 i am a fun loving easy going lady and love to be around children love watching them grow and learn new things everyday.I run a daycare out of my home i been doing this for 2 yrs and will provide them with the best care while u are at work i supply them a healthy lunch and snacks my hr are 7 am to 6 pm monday thru friday no weekends please i will be teaching them there abc numbers and singing silly songs and having a good time while they here.
Most important aspect of the job:	My most important thing is taking care of children and treat them like my own
Most rewarding:	love being around children and teach them there numbers,abc and all kinds of new arts and crafts
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	i always stay calm no matter what if it gets too bad i walk away a few seconds and take in a few deep breaths and come back and see if i can get the child calmed down and see whats is going on.When the child spits out food i just in a calmy voice tel them that it is not nice to spit food out and we eat our food so we can be big and strong.If a child refuses to nap i lay by them and pat there back or sing to them and at least get them to lay down for a ll bit if i see that they wont sleep i let
