Information about me:	I'm like any other responsible teen, I got to highschool, try to get good grades, and I love to be in marching band.
Most important aspect of the job:	When I babysit, I make sure of 2 things before I leave, that I have Cleaned up all the messes we made. And that the kids had fun.
Most rewarding:	I like to see the smiles on the kids faces. It makes me know that I did my job, and I did it while having fun.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If they are crying, then I would try to comfort them. Depending on the age. If they were an infant of course I would hold them and rock back and forth to calm them down. If they were older I would look at them and i would tell them they would be alright.
