Information about me:	my name is talia i am 14 years old i love kids and really want to work with them i really want to be a babysiter just because they are a joy and i really need the money because my mother is low on money and i would like to help her out soo i really need a job.
Most important aspect of the job:	i need to get paid $8 an hour the kids can be 1 to 11
Most rewarding:	just to be working with kids is the best thing because they are such a joy in life and of course the money soo i can help my mother out with the bills and such.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	if they are crying because they dont get there way i will put them in a coner or send them to there room and b sure to tell the mother what happend if they ar espitting they will also be punished by being in the coner or sent to room.if you are out of fod i will go buy some mor or bring some from my home.refusing to nap they will also be punished and put in the coner or sent to room.
