Information about me: I am 13years old and going into 8th grade at a christian school. I Love working with Infants and Toddlers! I like pets too.I would be happy to do an interview if necessary!
Most important aspect of the job: Caring for younger children, making them laugh and smile, and making sure they are always in a safe invironment!
Most rewarding: I LOVE seeing people smile!So when i see they children who i am watching smile or laugh that is my reward!And of course giving the parent the day off and making sure they don't have to worry about anything while they are at work or else ware!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? I will understand that they are still young and don't understand what they are doing sometimes. I will reward them for being good with stickers, candy, ect.
