Information about me:	I'm an engineering student at Tech, going into my sophomore year. I've been babysitting for children of all ages for over 5 years now. I love doing outdoor activities, cooking/baking, and playing sports.
Most important aspect of the job:	I feel the most important aspect of my job is keeping the kids happy and safe. I feel it is very important that the kids feel comfortable with me to build a mutual respect. I love to keep the children entertained and away from the television!
Most rewarding:	I always find it very rewarding for the kids to be genuinely excited about the activities we are doing with a big smile on their faces.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	It is very important to me that the children understand that I am there to help. I always try to explain why they need to do what they are supposed to do, rather than yell, so that they feel comfortable and safe with me.
