Information about me:	hello everyone out there my name is heather i am a stay at home mom of 2 kids ages 5 and 6 i am currently looking for a babysitting job either full or part time.
Most important aspect of the job:	doing the best that i can and seeing the parents happy
Most rewarding:	seeing the smiling faces of kids is the most rewarding about my job.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	i just try to calm them down the best that i can sing to them, i tell that its not nice to spit out food and tell them that need to take a nap and maybe read them a story
