Information about me:	I am a stay at home mother, persuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. I am a former Military Mother and remember how hard it was for me to not only find a sitter with good hours, but also one to work with my schedule and put my mind at "ease" that my child is actually being cared for. Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspects of my job would be not only that your child is comfortable and happy, but that you can leave my door step feeling the same way :)
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding part of my job,...is the job itself. Since I was a little girl I have always loved children. It is very true what they say. If you make a career out of what you love...You will never work a day in your life!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	These Incessant frustrations are what babies do. They are not frustrations, but more like the child trying to communicate with us the best way that they can. Crying- needing attention/diaper change/or cuddling, spitting out food-I DONT WANT THIS, and refusing to nap is just my clue that the child is not tired at the moment, but more games and fun and a full belly should definately help that. I dont force naps, if the child is not tired, then they are not tired. You wouldnt want to take a nap if
