Information about me:	I am a very energetic enthusiastic person who loves children. I have a one year old son who means everything to me and I have been a stay at home mom with him since he was born. I love being outside or working on projects and activities.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job would be to make sure the kids are always learning something. Even if we are having fun I want them to be learning something new.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding thing about my job would be seeing the kids smile. To me knowing that they are having fun with me and that i'm a significant part of thier lives is wonderful to me and makes me happy to be at work everyday.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I would deal with any common frustration by staying calm so that I dont upset the child any more than he/she already is. Then I would speak to them in a soft tone and let them know what the plan is before we can move on to something else. Unless they are an infant then I would rock them close to me tell they calmed down then try again to feed them or lay them down.

Additional Info:	I would love an opporunity to work closely with just one or two children. I think I could be a great asset to the family and they would really enjoy having me around to watch their kids.
