Information about me:	well i am an out going person i like to have fun with kids. ive been around kids all of my life im good with kids of all ages and with problems such as health. i help around the house such as cooking and cleaning. im a straight A honor student at ben davis high and i tutor children.
Most important aspect of the job:	my most important aspect of my job is to make sure the children are safe and happy because i like to see kids happy and it makes me smile. so it makes everything work out well.
Most rewarding:	i find it when kids ive babysitted remember who i am and ask for me to come back. its pretty rewarding to know they remember me and it shows that ive touched their hearts in some type of way.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	im a singer so i sing to kids and sometimes that outs them to sleep or i would rock them to sleep and tell them really cool stories that i know. and when they dont eat i usually tell them great things about why should they eat it to make them feel better about themselves. and if they cry a lot i have lots of experience with that. so it could be for a number of reasons that i would know how to solve them.
