Information about me:	I'm a 15 year old sophmore with a very mothering instinct. I love children and am very responsible. I've babysat for roughly 3 years and had a wide variety of experiences. I'm not only a babysitter but am good with pets as well, owning a couple myself.
Most important aspect of the job:	The child(ren) and ensuring their safety and happiness.
Most rewarding:	Being able to make the child(ren) smile and enjoy their time with me.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If they're crying there's obviously a reason. I try to find the reason whether it's because they're upset that their parents are gone or a various array of reasons. I then attempt to take their mind of the reason and make them happy or solve it, whatever the case may be. If they're spitting their food out I may play a game with them, like the airplane flying onto the landing strip (food flying into the mouth) or may try another food option and mention to the parents, when that they get home, tha
