Most rewarding:	The most rearding part of babysitting is just being able to be around the kids. I love being around them.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I simply keep calm. If they're crying I try to comfort them. If they are misbehaving I tell them their parents will be informed.
