Information about me:	Hi, My name is Timi, yeah its a little different, but I AM a girl. :) I am 19 years old and just recently got my GED. I went to East Central High School until my senior year when my Mothers health went really bad. I was one of the few that was neeeded there to help her whenever she needed. I have been babysitting and taking care of children my entire life. I kind of find it a passion, and fall in love with every child. I have a 14 year old little sister, 14 year old nephew, 11 year old neice, 9 year old nephew, a 4 year old neice, a 2 year old nephew,and then my newest nephew is 15 months old now. I have been the babysitter/nanny for all of these children at one point. I have also watched neighbors children after school randomly. I am very familiar with children and the duties it takes to take proper care of them. I am very good at preparing meals, I've been cooking my whole life and am filled with all kinds of crafts and activities, as I am a very creative myself ( like a child ;)..
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my babysitting job is to make sure the child is safe, and happy. I love to spend time watching the progression of a child day by day, It truley is amazing.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding part of my babysitting job is walking into the house in the morning and having the child run torwards me, like they are happy I'm there. It means I am doing my job right.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	When it comes to some of those common frustrations that children get I am quite used to dealing with it. I have found out that every child has their tricky little ways of trying to get around you. You have to find out way to make the child happy without giving in to them.
