Information about me:	I am 17 years old. I am very active i love to play sports. I love kids and love being with them.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making the parents and child/ childrens happy.
Most rewarding:	The laughter of the kids playing.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If the child was crying i would find out what is wrong an dwhat i can do to make them happy again. If they are spitting out food i would find out if the parents allow time outs if they do not i would just ask the child if they could please stop. Refusing to take a nap i would come to a comprimise or lay down with them and watch tv or a movie till they fell asleep.
