Information about me:	I am a 15 year old, creative, loving, caring, and attentive student who is in school Mondays-Fridays from 7:45am-2:15pm Ever since my first "Mother's Helper" job I have loved being able to take care of children. When I baby-sit I go by the parent's rules. In many cases where I have babysat the parents have had rules such as only one hour of television or must finish all school work before play and I will do my best to adopt these rules.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is that the parents feeling happy and safe while they leave their children in my capable hands.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding thing about my job is that I know I have just help a parent, or multiple parents, have a night (or day) on their own while they had the mindset that their children are safe and happy.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If a child is being somewhat difficult or uneasy to deal with I will, most importantly, stay calm and also try to calm them down. Just the other day I babysat for a five year old girl who refused to accept that it was her bed time so I simply asked her if she wanted to read a book, because reading that book started to get her tired and after we read I recited a poem my mother told me to try to get me to bed and eventually she was tired enough to tell me she wanted to go to bed and I had her asle

Additional Info:	My job is hard enough when I don't know what the parents are expecting so I try to arrive a little early to my job to understand what the parents expect me to do, this way the child can't say "Mommy lets us do it," because I will know whether or not "Mommy let's them do it." However, after a while if the job becomes continuous I will understand the rules and no longer have to arrive early.
