Most rewarding:	What i find most rewarding about my job is, knowing that i am resonseable to care for a child and be able to work on my own.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	How i would deal with a baby crying is i would put them in their crib or bed andlet myself and the child cool down. how i would deal with a child spitting out food is hold them for a while and kater see if they want to eat. how i would deal withthem refusing to take a np is keep puuting them in their bed until they decide to listen and take a nap.
