Information about me:	Im a Kind Person, & Im Patient. Im the type of person whom gets along with everybody. I dont like drama , I dont do all that. Im just a kindhearted Girl.
Most important aspect of the job:	Being Patient , Kind , & understanding , Because working with children having patience is one thing that you need, and being understanding and nice is a good aspect too.
Most rewarding:	I Love working with Children, I pretty much raised my little sister , i feel like she is almost my own .But to me its rewarding to see them learn and grow.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	With the crying , just try to comfort them and change the situation, pull out a toy and play with them to get there mind off what their crying about. Spitting out food , all kids do that, thats where patience comes in.
