Information about me:	I am sixteen years old. I am an honors student, and I work VERY well with everybody. I am very easy to get along with and generally do well with settling kids down.
Most important aspect of the job:	I just love being with kids. I can be serious if I need to be, but I love just being silly.
Most rewarding:	I get to spend more time with kids! I dont have a lot of younger kids to play around with, but I take care of my seven year old nephew a lot, and I love him a lot. We always have a lot of fun together!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I would do something that I know makes them happier, so that they can calm down a little, and eventually listen. If that doesn't work, then I offer a deal. Example: Eat the food and you get a cookie or something. Things simple like that,
