Information about me:	I am a mom of 2 girls that are 6 & 8. They are both in school all day and I am not ready for the "part-time empty nest.". I am looking to babysit at my home so I can be here to get my kids off to school and be home when they get back from school. I have baby sat numerous times in the past. My last job started in July of 2010 until June of 2011. We moved back to Mich in July so I had to say good-bye to a wonderful baby girl. I had her since she was 3 months until she was 15 months. My girls enjoyed having another child in our home as well.
Most important aspect of the job:	Most important is to have a child feel comfortable and welcomed in my home. It is important they enjoy being with me and my family. We love to play games and read a lot so your child will never be bored.
Most rewarding:	Most rewarding is to see a child have fun and smile. You have fun through play and with that, you learn. What child doesn't like to play?
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I deal with this by taking a step back and seeing where the problem is starting at. If a child is crying, it's for a reason. If it is a baby, are they hungry, are they wet or do they just need some old fashion TLC? I do whatever it takes to keep a child happy and healthy.

Additional Info:	I am the youngest of 6 kids so I have been around kids for a very long time. I was 6 when my first neice was born and to date, I have a total of 22 nieces and nephew, some great. I love kids and hope to one day, meet you and yours.
