Information about me:	I am 18 years old and just graduated high school. From a young age I have loved to work so I started sitting when I was 11 years old. I have experience in all ages from infant to pre teens. I love to give children attention and form friendships with older kids. I have always personally been very crafty and busy so I like to occupy children with activities such as baking/cooking, painting, and all kinds of unique crafts without being costly. I was certified in CPR and took a babysitting course when I was about 14 years old and I am currently taking an online CPR course to be recertified.
Most important aspect of the job:	Satisfying the client and impressing, I try to do more than intended because the feeling of accomplishment within yourself is the best feeling.
Most rewarding:	Meeting awesome people and making connections, that's the key to all success!
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I have a 3 year old sister and I was never raised to give in and spoil a child. Some families do it differently and if that is how they prefer I handle the situation then that is totally fine by me, I have worked for a variety of families with all different parenting strategies that I abide by. I never get angry, yell, or get frustrated. If a child refuses to take a nap I stay with them until they sleep, it calms them. If a child won't eat their sandwich because it is cut the wrong direction tho

Additional Info:	I love children, I love their spirit and imagination. Imagination is the most important role of a child. I like to fuel that with crafts, stories, and playing pretend. I am still a child myself so I love to have the excuse to play and explore the world with the way a colorful mind would perceive things.
