Information about me:	my joy! I absolutely love it. Being an babysitter, whether as a tween, teen, or adult, all comes down to knowing what kids expect and what boundaries you are prepared to draw early on in the experience.I like to read new books when I have the chance, play games, watch some movies and draw. I also like to hangout with friends and talk to new people. When I'm by myself, I like to walk around, especially at night and in the wintertime when it is snowing. also enjoy playing with little kids and taking care of babies. That relaxes me. Wow I posted an essay, hahahaha.
Most important aspect of the job:	The care, Needs and safety of the Kids.
Most rewarding:	Just knowing that a child is happy or smiling makes my day brighter :-)
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Attention and pride can often make negative emotions easier to deal with. Failures and frustrations often mean less when a child knows their parent loves them and is proud of them for others things they do and know. Encourage children to see their strengths as well as their weaknesses. Help them to see that they can reach their goals.

Additional Info:	I'm a Student at Job Corps and I'm taking up Medical office support my plan when i leave here is to find a job in Atlanta that has to do with children. i love kids and i believe that every child deserves to be happy :-)
