Information about me:	Hello! My name is Julianna Deckter and I'm 14 years old. My age is a little young, but I already have about 2 years of experience in the babysitting field. I am looking for a part-time job such as after-school, evenings, and some weekends. I am fun, trust-worthy, and caring. Please think about me as one of your potential babysitters!
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect to the job for me personally is to make sure the child is happy and safe and the parents trust me. I'm very responsible, but since I'm still sort of a kid myself, I have a lot of energy to do things with the child.
Most rewarding:	Knowing that while I'm doing a good job at babysitting, I'm making new friends too.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Truthfully, I couldn't give you a straight answer because every child is different. While one way will work with one child, it won't work for another. I'd have to get to know the child and parents to understand what will work best in these types of situations.

Also, since I am under the age 18 if you are considering me or would like to choose me, a meet-and-greet will have to happen accompanied by my mom before I can do any babysitting. Thanks!
