Information about me:	I'm a teenager who has been babysitting for about 6 years now. I am extremely good with kids. I love them. I'm not really about earning money for watching kids as I am about just having the pleasure of being around them. I am best with kids 5 and under though.
Most important aspect of the job:	I allow parent(s) a night off and take care of their child(ren).
Most rewarding:	Having the ability to meet some of the cutest and sweetest human beings.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I allow the children to choose an option of what they want to do or I comfort them to find out what is wrong.
