Information about me:	Loves to watch kids, Read, play, Have some health problems but I can still watch kids now.

How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I try to help them relax and maybe read to them before they take a nap.

Additional Info:	I have had some health problems with Rheumtoid arthritis. Even though I still love to watch kids. I still have good days and bad days and probably can work a couple days a week. I am not cpr certified. I can also be a back up sitter if needed.
