Information about me:	I am a student athlete, I have a younger brother who I babysitt frequently. I have coached at basketball clinics for kids. I have been playing basketball my whole life. I am christean, my family is deeply religious.
Most important aspect of the job:	I like kids. I wanted to find a job where I could basically "be a kid". I wanted a job to that would allow me to have fun.
Most rewarding:	Memories, I love the laughter and joy that hanging out with kids that I have babysat has brought me.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I talk to the child. If they refuse to do something I try to be a friend. I know when I was a kid I didn't like being yelled at, so I don't yell, I havn;t had problems like that before.
