Information about me:	I am an outgoing, active 16-year old that attends Northwestern Senior High. I play softball, but find time to do other activities too, such as photography, baking/cooking, reading and singing. I am very responsible, and would like to pursue a career in Elementary Education after high school.
Most important aspect of the job:	By far, the most important aspect of a babysitting job is safety. A child cannot be left unattended, especially for an extended length of time. Other important details of the job are a clean atmosphere and child, as well as catering to the child's needs at the time.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding part of the job is knowing that you are making a child happy and keeping them safe. Also, it is rewarding to know that you are setting a great example for the child.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I believe that the simplest way to deal with common frustrations is persistence. You have to be strong and not give up, even when it's hard.
