Information about me:	I enjoy to dance, act, and sing, and I go to an artistic high school in Dover. I am a freshman and 14 and a half years of age. I am very creative and love kids.
Most important aspect of the job:	Having fun with the children in a safe manner, it is okay to have fun as long as no one gets hurt.
Most rewarding:	Having the kids like me in the end, and wanting me to babysit them again.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If incessant crying, trying to make them laugh, if spitting out food, try to use a reward system as stickers or try a different food, and if refusing to nap, try reading them a story, singing to them (if very young), and try just having them lay there being quiet.
