Information about me:	15 year old boy looking for a full or part time job. very responsible. hard working, and loves children. My experience babysitting includes infants to toddlers and up to two at a time.
Most important aspect of the job:	Safety first. It is a responsibility to make sure everyone is safe at all times and everyone is being watched. I would need emergency numbers and contact numbers as well.
Most rewarding:	I enjoy the experience and responsibility.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Kids who cry may be sick so if distracting them does not work they may need to be checked for any sickness or looking to see if they got into something. I can check for simple stuff like temperature or diaper change or such but other than that I might need to call someone on the emergency numbers.

Additional Info:	I always have my phone for emergencies. I am very patient. I don't sit on the phone or get distracted when babysitting and never have drop-ins.
