Most important aspect of the job:	Helping children learn new things everyday.
Most rewarding:	Helping children learn. I also love watching them enjoy everyday life.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Crying I try and figure out what is wrong and if I think they are tired I will put them to sleep. Spitting food I ask them 3 times to please stop and then if they don't they don't get a star for the day and I take away the food that they were spitting. Refusing to nap is okay but they still have quite time and lay in the nap place.
